Winemaking: Total destemming and gentle maceration; Cold pre fermentative maceration (12ºC); Fermentation in stainless steel vats with controlled temperature and post fermentation maceration.

Aging: 9 months in French and American oak barrels.

This wine, produced in São Mamede mountain, Portalegre, at 700 meters of altitude, surprises by the freshness and liveliness. Produced in altitude, it is a wine with great elegance, being very gastronomic.
