Has a very distinctive flavour and characteristic of wine and garlic marinade. This is a low fat chouriço, perfect to eat in lightly grilled slices or simply uncooked.

Product subject to traditional smoking using holm oak wood, followed by heat treatment during various phases (over a total of 2 hours), in a electric oven, until the inside of the product reaches 58ºC to 61ºC.
The product is ready to be eaten, and may also be grilled or used in cooking.
